The Usoro Foundation, founded in 2015, is a minority-owned and managed non-profit organization. Our premise is that every individual has an inalienable right to have adequate access to healthcare, education, a safe and livable environment, and the pursuit of economic stability. Our mission at the Usoro Foundation is to provide resources to deserving individuals in underprivileged communities by supporting charitable activities, such as offering medical assistance to those suffering from chronic illnesses or financial aid for academic and economic development.

Our initial charitable campaigns focused on improving healthcare access. In expanding our focus, current initiatives will include awarding empowerment grants to promote access to educational and economic opportunities, enabling beneficiaries to overcome financial hardship. Recognizing that we operate within a complex regulatory framework, the assistance that the foundation provides to award recipients is determined by objective criteria in accordance with applicable laws. This ensures that we are able to operate independently and in the best interest of our beneficiaries without influence from our donors.
